I currently teach classes at
Kaia Yoga in Milford, CT, located at 88 Noble Avenue - adjacent to Tranquility Spa.
I have 2 regular weekly classes:
Thursday 6:00 PM Power and Saturday 9:15 AM Power

Beginning with meditation and breathwork, we then move into a fun, mid-intensity flow that will move you seamlessly through sun salutations often to a peak pose or posture we will break down in a creative way. This class will leave you feeling challenged and balanced.
In gentle classes we begin on our backs or seated, then move slowly through standing poses, supported balances, and twists, before a restorative cool down. This class is suitable for newcomers and seasoned yogis alike and is particularly supportive of injury recovery and alignment.
Yin classes allow you relax and open on a deeper level. The focus is on opening hips, hamstrings and shoulders. Classes consist of long holds with emphasis on the breath and meeting you where you are. Yin is a great compliment to more active yoga classes or sports.
