2026 BEACH YOGA SERIES KICKS OFF IN JUNE!

I am so excited to teach on the beach this summer! I will be hosting 10 classes between June and September at Woodmont Beach in Milford, CT. Can't wait to see you there :)
Beach Yoga is accessible to all levels. I suggest bringing a towel to place under your mat.
