Private yoga classes are a great way to initiate your yoga journey, work on specific areas of your practice, or take your practice to deeper levels.

I offer private 1:1 sessions curated based on your intentions and where you are in your practice today. The focus is not on perfecting postures, but on using yoga as a tool for cultivating awareness, self-study, and expansion.

I also offer private group sessions for events, one-off gatherings, friends/family occasions, etc. Please email me with any questions or ideas.

I have been working with Reiki since 2023 when I received levels I and II attunements.

Reiki is a holistic healing technique that channels universal life force energy to promote balance and harmony in the mind, body, and soul. It's an energy-based practice, which means that the Reiki practitioner serves as a channel for this energy to be received by another person - either through light touch or by sending this energy out in space.

The benefits of reiki are vast, and include stress reduction, improved sleep, enhanced mental clarity, and a deep sense of relaxation.

I've loved photography since 2009 when I purchased my first digital camera to document the people and moments in my life.  Today I enjoy capturing candid memories, beautiful landscapes, epic trips, and extraordinary yoga experiences.
